[Untitled]

So that Friday (the 2nd) was the most fun I've had in over a year. Maybe longer. Fern's date had to be home by 3 AM so we decided to go to Extravaganza instead of Webster Hall. I wanted to go to Webster Hall because I've never been there, but I do prefer the smaller clubs like EX because they aren't so ridiculously crowded and hard to walk in.

We had a blast once we got dancing. The bartender made me the worst LIT I ever had, so I stuck with Jack & Coke for the rest of the night. Maryuri was a lot of fun to hang out with. We left around 2:45 to get Wendy (Fern's Date) home before he mother went all samurai on us for keeping her out late (allegedly she wields a machete, but that has yet to be confirmed). Margy and I stayed out till like 7 AM just chillin out by the Marina in Flushing. I had never watched a sunrise, so that was pretty hot watching the sun creep over the horizon.

The next day we all met up again and I brought my older bro along this time. Tommy came as well. We hit up this wicked lounge in Astoria called Clic. Really, really nice place. Then afterwards we went to our main headquarters... Boozers. Kim was bartending and she made some awesome stuff for us.

On Sunday (the 4th) Cindy had her BBQ and it went well. It was a block party so there were alot of people there. Most of the gang showed up: Rene, Mariel, Melissa (with Leana and some other girl), Greg, Louis, Cisco, Dre, Margy and Jessie. There were more people there but I can't rememeber who. LOL. The fireworks looked amazing from the India Street Pier, we all really enjoyed the show. We got a little crazy afterwards setting on firecrackers on the street with everyone from the block. Sal never made it because traffic was too heavy.

I visited this church in Woodside on Thursday. It was a really amazing service. The church is real small still, they rent space from the Lutheran Church that owns the building but they are growing really fast. I went with Mando, Nereyda, and Margy. After that we had some delicious Colombian food at Pollos Marión. Mmmm.

This Friday we were supposed to all go see Anchorman (which I heard was off the hook), but Margy and I didn't make it in time so we waited for everyone to get out of the movie and then we went -- where else? Boozers. Only chilled for like an hour and a half and I only had a Baby Guiness cuz I didn't feel like drinkin' that night. I love that drink, it really looks like a miniature pint of Guiness. It's actually Kahlua with Irish Creme on top.

Saturday I had a performance at St. Patrick's Catherdral with Jorge and the gang. Afterwards I finally got see The Day After Tomorrow. That movie left me spooked lol. I had a nightmare about that.

Sunday was cool, Cindy, Margy, Jessie, and I headed out to Coney Isle and rode the Cyclone and The Water Flume. We gon head back out there, if not this week then next.

So I've been in a Greek mood since Saturday. No real reason, but I've been almost exclusively listening to Greek music. LOL. I've got all the new imports from Anna Vissi, Despina Vandi, and several others. I think I'm going to go eat at Mezzo Mezzo this weekend. =)

So... things were getting too serious with this girl and today I had a convo with her and I just told her we need to slow things down. I am not one of those people that NEEDS to be with someone, and right now, I know I can be in a relationship, that doesn't necessarily mean that I WANT to be in one. You know? So anyway, she took that well and we're gonna chill things out for a bit cuz I'm not willing to get into a commitment situation yet. I dunno, it just feels like after having spent so long commited to one person, I'm not willing to do it again so soon. I'm enjoying being single, and not having to answer to anyone. It's funny that was the reasoning Amy used when we broke up, even though that was pure bollocks cuz she's got someone now. LOL. No matter though because I like being single and going out, meeting people, and doing as I please.

Rumor has it that I-Asia is returning from South Korea this Friday. That dosn't sit well with everyone in our group, so it may be an awkward situation. Hell, I don't really know how I feel about seeing her again either. I had a convo with Cindy this afternoon and some things did start to come to mind after I got off the phone with her. Let's just say she wasn't the nicest person to all of us. However, I like to give someone a second chance. It doesn't always turn out very good (and I know from experience) but it's the way I am. So I'ma give I-Asia the benefit of the doubt and hope that she's changed. If she hasn't then I won't be seeing her again. LOL.

My friend Yari is heading off on a 2 week cruise this weekend. Nadine is coming back from the Bahamas this weekend. Everyone is fraking traveling. Lucky bastards. Hahaha.

I just finsihed my third Smirnoff Ice and I think my brain had forgotten that they were alcoholic beverages because they are chemically designed to lead you to think that they are nothing more than Sprite. It's some sort of conspiracy. I'm freaking tipsy now. Hee Hee. Maybe I'll call Fern or Cindy and annoy them. Oooh I gotta call my nurse, she's been trying to reach me for some time now. Or maybe I'll just got to sleep. Yeah, sleep sounds good. I'll call the nurse tomorrow. Well I'm out now, and rememeber:

Vote For Gorege W. Bush. =)

A little over a year later I read this and can't believe I didn't mention the whole shrimp incident!

Well, we went to a diner after Coney Island and I had told her I was broke. Well she went ahead an ordered Shrimp Platters! SHRIMP PLATTERS at $14.00 a pop. One for her and one for Jessie.

Yeah. Now I rememeber why I couldn't stand her.
