What I've Been Up To

So the past few weeks have been extremely busy for me. I got hired at a bar in the Lower East Side (my beloved LES), Boss Tweed's Saloon. That has turned my thursdays into the longest day of my week. I wake up at around 9 AM to go to work, work until 3 PM, go home, change, attend EMT class from 6 - 10 PM, and then speed off into the city to DJ from 11 PM - 4 AM. I usually get home around 6 AM and knock out by 6:30 or 7 AM.

Fridays I still go to Last Call to keep Cindy and Fern company. I don't DJ much and I don't take a cut anymore. It's too difficult to split the money 3 ways.

Work has been ok lately. We've booked a few bar-mitzvahs so I've been making decent tips off of that.

I didn't work at Boss Tweed's today though, because Jan had booked a private party and they had brought they're own DJ. So I just hung out at Last Call for a bit after class and went home early. Had a lil bit of haze wit Chris & Sal and it hit the spot nice.

Been in touch with Tatiana, she's gonna take the Fung Wah bus from Boston into Chinatown next weekend. She's gonna spend the weekend here and since she has no friends or family down here, she'll be stuck with us all weekend. Haha. We'll show her a good ol' New York time.

I'm about to pass out now... I'm gonna take advantage that I had tonight off and get some sleep.
